The acronym FLS stands for the following:
Fire Fast- The need for short spurts of explosive power and speed, to one degree or another, is required on occasion by all people in normal day activities.
Lift Heavy- Age related muscle loss is something that everyone needs to be conscious about over time, and an exercise regimen that includes weight bearing elements helps to address that issue.
Slow Control- This exercise program addresses the physical portion of that goal by incorporating isometric and balance movements as an essential part of a well rounded exercise regimen.
