ZUS Smart Car Charger and Locator – Product Review

We have all done it – gone into a room then forgot why we went in there. Or we have wracked our brain wondering where we put something. Or we have come out of a building and forgot where we parked our car. Well, the new ZUS Smart Car Charger is not only a fast charging port for your mobile devices, but it also helps locate your car. That eliminates one of those pesky little forgetful problems we have from time to time.

The device uses a free downloaded app. Once the app is set it will locate your car, which works nicely under the right circumstances. If, for instance, you are inside a building and want to find where you parked your car so you know the closest exit to use, you won’t be able to do that as the app relies on GPS, which is only accessible outside. So, you do have to go outside to track the location of your vehicle. If the weather is inclement, that might be a bit of a nuisance, however once outside you will be able to locate your auto.

Another handy aspect the ZUS app is that it allows you to set a timer so you will be reminded ten minutes before your parking meter or parking space expires. Now you don’t have to keep looking at your watch and wondering how much longer you have until you get a ticket!

ZUS has two USB ports that charge at twice the speed of a regular outlet, and there are lights on the ports so finding them at night is easy. You can charge a tablet and a cell phone at the same time, or two cell phones, or two tablets. Whatever you want. You have the two fast charging ports on the one device.

ZUS is designed in Germany with the intent to withstand being inside a hot car due to the titanium coating and the US Military Grade. And it has a cooling system that prevents it from overheating.

ZUS is from Nonda and lists for $29.99. For a device that quickly charges two devices at once, has a downloadable app that allows users to set the parking expiration time and uses GPS to locate an automobile, this is one handy little gadget.
